Malt: 2 Row, Chocolate, Caramel 60L, Victory
Hops: Willamette
Yeast: House Ale
The Story
We tapped into our inner creativity to brew this Brown Ale. First, we roasted Pecans and mashed them with the grains. We then added Maple Syrup at the end of the boil and again in the tank. This beer may sound a little nutty, but we think it’s delicious!
Location
