The Ingredients

Malt: 2 Row, White Wheat, Flaked Oats.
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Cascade.
Yeast: House Ale

The Story

First brewed for Harrisburg Beer Week’s 2015 Little Big Beer Fest.  When trying to determine a name, customers and employees compiled lists of possible choices.  While Mike went through the names with an employee he just continued to say “She’ll (Owner Kristen) never let us call it that”.  By the end of the list, Mike realized he had found the perfect name.
