Hops: Citra, Azacca, Hallertau Blanc
Yeast: California Ale
The Story
This IPA is brewed with Citra, Azacca, and Hallertau Blanc hops. We fermented it with an Ale Yeast at a lower than normal temperature to create a “cold IPA”. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Pour Man’s Brewing Company.
Location
We are located at 79 S. Wilson Ave., Elizabethtown, PA 17022. We are across the street from the E-town train station. Join us for great beers, music and friends.
